Temp Air Company completed the full mechanical and plumbing installation for the 800 Poplar Grove Intergenerational Center in Baltimore, Maryland, partnering with The Whiting-Turner Company to deliver the building’s HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and ventilation systems. Designed to serve youth, adults, and seniors, the facility required reliable, energy-efficient infrastructure to support a wide variety of community programs and shared public spaces.
The project included the installation of high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment, hydronic piping, domestic water systems, sanitary and vent piping, and advanced ventilation systems to provide optimal indoor air quality, occupant comfort, and long-term operational performance. Extensive coordination with the design team and trade partners ensured seamless integration of mechanical systems throughout the multi-purpose facility.
