Baltimore County Detention Center

Temp Air Company completed a major mechanical infrastructure upgrade at the Baltimore County Detention Center, installing new chillers, cooling towers, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) across the Annex, Kenilworth, and Bosley Buildings. The project modernized critical cooling systems to improve energy efficiency, operational reliability, and long-term performance within the active correctional facility.

The scope included the removal and replacement of aging mechanical equipment, installation of high-capacity chillers and cooling towers, and integration of VFD technology to optimize system performance and reduce energy consumption.
