Wexford Building 4MLK – Level 3

Temp Air Company executed the complete mechanical and plumbing build-out for a high-performance medical laboratory facility on Level 3 of the Wexford 4MLK Building. The project scope included the installation of 95 Daikin indoor and outdoor VRF units, variable air volume systems, fume hood exhaust systems, and a vacuum and air compressor package to support laboratory operations.

Plumbing work consisted of chilled water, hot water, and DWV piping, as well as acid waste and vent piping for laboratory sinks. A complete fixture package was installed, including emergency eyewash stations and safety showers. The project concluded with full testing, equipment startup, and system commissioning in alignment with all project specifications.
