Project Description
Temp Air Company managed the complete mechanical and plumbing scope for the tenant fit-out of the Innovation Hall at Wexford’s 4MLK Building. The project included the installation of Daikin indoor and outdoor VRF units, along with individual bathroom rough-ins and full domestic water and sanitary piping systems for the tenant space. A notable addition to the project was to complete underground drain work for the adjacent Firehouse building.
