Garrison Forest F.E. White Building Renovation

Temp Air Company completed a full mechanical and plumbing renovation of the 8,500 sq. ft. F.E. White Building. The project included the installation of two 5-ton packaged rooftop units, 14 VAV terminal units, and a fully integrated HVAC system. Due to the building’s location on campus, the rooftop units were lifted and set via helicopter. Additionally, new plumbing installations included two gang bathrooms—one on each floor—and an ADA-compliant bathroom on the first floor.
