Project Description
The project included the installation of a new air-cooled chiller, additional Building System Controls for the new air-cooled chiller for connection to the existing controls system, the addition of fan coil units, unit ventilators, systems equipment, electrical modifications associated with the new air-cooled chillers, and the installation of a sound barrier/enclosure. We also provided new casework in each classroom, new 480-volt electrical service, new switchboard, temporary generator docking station, and a new ceiling throughout the school as well as indoor LED lighting.
