In 1980 Alfred A. Bobes, along with his late son, Alfred J. Bobes, entered an exciting partnership to pave the way for what is known today as Temp Air Company. Throughout the 40 years of Mechanical and Plumbing projects, we are now embarking on more innovative paths as the second-generation owners lead the way. It is with this foundation, built by their Grandfather and late Father that Christopher and Nicholas Bobes will continue to grow Temp Air Company successfully within our industry. We are always striving to maintain the strong bonds and trust we have created over the years with our clients and suppliers.
Chris Bobes, Chief Operations Officer
Chris brings over 20 years of HVAC and Plumbing experience to the Company. His focus is to ensure the quality, integrity, and timeliness of all projects including both on-site and within the office. He has a commitment to ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations. Chris has many passions outside of TAC, which include playing guitar, golfing, and attending sporting events.
Nicholas Bobes, Principal
Nick graduated from Towson University with a degree in Business Management. For over 15 years he has worn multiple hats within the company. His knowledge of the industry, attention to detail and ability to multi-task make him a key asset for the growth of the company. Nick enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. He can also be found frequently at his local gyms as he is an advocate for living a healthy lifestyle.
Jeff Kelley, VP of Operations
Jeff has 30 years in industrial / commercial construction with a strong emphasis on the mechanical, plumbing, gas fitting, and electrical (MEP) trades. He also serves concurrently with the Air Force and the Maryland Air National Guard as an active member of the Maryland Air National Guard. His Air Force duties include service with the 175th Maintenance Group as the lead military quality assurance inspector for the A-10C aircraft. Jeff is also a Master Plumber, Master Gasfitter, licensed utility contractor, a former trade school instructor and has earned a degree in maintenance management. Jeff enjoys time with family and home renovation projects in his spare time.
Cynthia Gartrell, Controller
Cynthia graduated from Elizabethtown College with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. As a licensed CPA she brings 7 years of experience in public accounting and 6 years of experience in private accounting as the Company Controller. When she is not working, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family and riding horses.
Chante Kennedy, Human Resources
Chante is a Baltimore, MD native and has 9 years of Human Resources experience, 4 of which are in Construction. Chante comes with Knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources to include, employee relations, FMLA, workers compensation, Benefits, and payroll. Chante has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is aspiring to complete PHR program for HR certification. Chante’s favorite motto is “The greatest asset of a company is its people.”
Erin Maramba, Office Administrator
Erin has over 10 years of office related experience. Driven by her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she takes pride in providing the best possible administrative support to the Temp Air team. In addition to her primary job functions, she enjoys taking on any out-of-the-ordinary tasks and being a help to her co-workers however she can. In her free time, Erin enjoys reading and spending time with her husband.
Seth Bates, Senior Project Manager
Seth has 46 years of construction experience, 40 years of which have been in construction management, from PM thru Project Executive positions. Seth has amassed extensive management experience planning, coordinating, and directing multimillion dollar projects ranging from schools K-12 to Higher Education, Office Buildings, Multi Family High Rise, Laboratory, Manufacturing, Research Facilities and Hospitals. In his free time, Seth enjoys weightlifting, motorcycle riding and wood craft.
Nick Heffler, Senior Project Manager
Nick brings over 10 years of expertise in the construction industry and holds a Degree in Construction Management with a successful background in planning, directing, and coordinating commercial construction projects, he is a valuable component of our company. Nick has experience as a leader having served as a sergeant in the United States Army. In Nick’s free time, he is an adjunct Professor at the community college of Baltimore County he also enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active in the gym, and fishing.
Larry Sancomb, Project Manager
Larry has been in the Mechanical & Plumbing trade for over 25 years which has allowed him to have the insight and knowledge required to execute and deliver the necessary responsibilities of project management. Larry is also the Vice President of Maryland State Soccer Association, as well as on the board of the Maryland Soccer Hall of Fame committee.
Alex Logue, Assistant Project Manager
Alex is a welcome addition to our team and is currently filling the role of Assistant Project Manager. Alex has many talents and when he is not working, he likes to play guitar and hang out with friends.
Vince Perdue, Assistant Project Manager
Dedicated and results-driven Assistant Project Manager with a desire to support project teams to achieve successful outcomes. Detail-oriented and adept at coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication among team members. Being able to assist TAC in achieving success is truly important to Vince and upon moving into the office, Project Management has become his passion in life.
Linda Lee, Project Management Administrator
Linda has been working in the construction industry for going on 20 years. Prior jobs have allowed her to gain a high level of attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organization to make administrative tasks run more efficiently. She brings all her years of experience to provide the project managers with the services needed to make their jobs easier and help their projects run smoother.
Steve Bosse, Senior Estimator
Steve has over 15 years in the HVAC & Plumbing trade which has helped implement him as critical team member as Temp Air Company’s Senior Estimator. A resident of Fallston Maryland during his free time Steve enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, playing golf, and coaching lacrosse at Fallston Rec.
Ronnie Logue, Estimator
Ronnie is a Master Plumber and Master Gasfitter with over 40 years of experience and brings many talents to the Company. Ronnie is currently filling the role of Chief Estimator which makes him an asset to our team. When Ronnie is not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Bill Blubaugh, Estimator
With 45 years of experience in the HVAC & Plumbing industry. When not working he can be found spending time with family and friends. Bill enjoys attending various sporting events with his grandchildren in his free time.
